How it all started...
In 1944 it was the desire of a man Called of God to start the very first Free Will Baptist Church in Lancaster SC and in 1945 it became a reality. High Point has been a staple in the Lancaster County for many years.
The church built up it's ministry through Sunday School bus routes. In the early to mid 1990's the church grew to an attendance of over 400 people. Through the ups and downs of life High Point has battled and persevered and has been spreading the gospel for over 81 years.

At High Point, we are embracing an exciting season of growth, transformation, and impact. As we look toward the future, our vision is to expand not only in numbers but in depth, influence, and outreach. We believe that God is calling us to a new level of purpose and service, and we are determined to faithfully follow His lead.

We are focused on investing in the future of our youth and children. Our plans include expanding youth ministries, creating engaging programs for children, and helping young people grow in their faith while preparing them to become leaders in the church and in the world.
